Convert NST File to PST

Export complete data of Lotus Notes NSF files like Emails, Calendars, Tasks, Contacts, Journals and Notes into Outlook with Meta data.

Apply Email Filters

Filter emails by choosing specific date range in between emails i.e. messages falling in selected date range will excluded. However, emails that succeed and precede selected date range will be exported.

Convert Emails with Attachments

Convert emails within NSF file with all its attachment of any type as documents, images etc Software can export all emails attachments.

Apply Calendars Filter

Analogous to email filter, you can migrate calendar entries of definite date range. Entries of selected range will be prohibited from being exported. While entries before and after date range will be migrated.

Migrate Contacts & Emails into Single PST

If needed, save contacts & emails into single PST file. For contacts of Lotus Notes data file serve names.nsf file path and export contacts into single PST preserving all fields and groups.

Apply To-do List Filter

Date based filtering is applicable on To Do List items of Lotus Notes database. Executing date filter will exclude items lying between selected dates. Items apart from selected date will be migrated.

Batch Migration to Live Exchange

Using Export Notes Technician and Enterprise version switch Lotus Notes to Live Exchange server directly. Software can convert bulk NSF data to Exchange server mailboxes.

Exclude Multiple Folders

If you don't want to export data of particular folder then enter the name of those folders with a comma separated values and they will not get exported.

Conserve Folder Structure

NSF to PST Converter keeps sub folder and folder hierarchy as it is. Internal directory structure of generated PST file mailbox will remain same as that of source NSF file.

Save HTML Formatting

Export Notes software keeps HTML formatting like signatures, hyperlink etc of emails undamaged with inline images. Tool will not compose any changes to HTML formatting of documents or emails during/after executing NSF to PST conversion.

Exclude Deleted Items

While migrating NSF to PST file format, exclude deleted items folders too if desire. As this folder normally consists of undesired items, its removal will increase speed of conversion process.

Discard Message Encryption

It is quite possible that Lotus notes emails have been encrypted for security concerns. To remove such emails security check on Remove Encryption option and export NSF file to PST.

Define Outlook File Format

Software permits you to select format of PST file i.e. UNICODE or ANSI during NSF to PST conversion. It Outlook 2000/2002 is installed then convert NSF in ANSI and if Outlook 2003 or above version is installed then go for UNICODE format.

Conversion Status Report

While migrating data from NSF to PST file format, software create a current as well as final status report, containing details like name, contacts, mails, tasks, calendars etc.

Control Size of PST File

Export Notes software create Outlook PST file of size up to 20 GB in UNICODE format. In case data exceeds 20 GB size then a new PST will created automatically to restore remaining data so that size of one PST file isn't too large as it makes MS Outlook performs slower.

Recurrence Calendars Conversion

If recurrence is created in calendar then software will automatically export recurrence calendars as well from Lotus Notes NSF to Outlook PST file.

Folder to Folder Mapping

Software allows to map folder of Lotus Notes database NSF file with Outlook PST file. You can map NSF inbox with Outlook inbox, so that data get saved into folders. Any French, German or other users can change name of PST file folder and map it.

Preserve Internet Header

At the time of NSF to PST conversion software holds the Internet header of emails as it was. Thus all technical properties correlated with email remain same.
